Refund Policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Because many Hemlock Mountain Outdoors products are handmade and made to order, orders that have already had materials ordered, entered production, been cut, sewn, packed, or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
Lead Times
Many Hemlock Mountain Outdoors products are handmade to order. Estimated production times may vary depending on workload, material availability, and seasonal demand.
Current estimated lead times are typically posted on individual product pages. While many orders ship sooner, lead times are not guarantees and may fluctuate during busy periods.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days after the order is received.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.
Customers must contact Hemlock Mountain Outdoors before sending any items back for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Made-to-Order Gear
Many Hemlock Mountain Outdoors products are handmade in small batches or built to order.
Due to the custom nature of this gear, certain items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to restocking fees depending on the condition of the item and the stage of production at the time of the request.

Merch / Print-on-Demand Items
Merchandise items such as T-shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs, stickers, and similar products are fulfilled by third-party Print-on-Demand partners.
Because these items are produced specifically for each order, returns and refunds for merch items are handled on a case-by-case basis.
If your merch item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue if possible so we can work toward a resolution.
