Thank you for shopping with Hemlock Mountain Outdoors. The information below explains how and when your order will ship.


Order Processing

Most Hemlock Mountain Outdoors gear is handmade to order. Made-to-order and custom items generally ship within 4โ€“6 weeks, depending on current workload and material availability.

In-stock items typically ship within 1โ€“3 business days.

If your order contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, your order may ship together once all items are completed unless otherwise requested.


Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on orders over $90 within the contiguous United States.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the rates provided by the selected carrier (UPS or USPS), package weight, and destination.

Some items, such as merchandise fulfilled through print-on-demand services, may ship separately and are not included in free shipping promotions.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • East Coast: 1โ€“3 business days
  • Midwest: 2โ€“4 business days
  • West Coast: 3โ€“5 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Carriers

We primarily ship using UPS and USPS. All shipments include tracking information.


Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the package.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at
