Frequently Asked Questions
Can I order both together?
Yes. Orders containing Ready Made and Made to Order items will normally ship together once everything is complete. If youโd like your Ready Made items sooner, contact us before placing your order.
Can I cancel a Made to Order item?
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once materials have been cut and construction has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Why does Made to Order take longer?
Each item is built individually rather than pulled from warehouse inventory. This allows us to offer more options while ensuring every product receives a final inspection before shipping.
Is the quality different?
No. Whether your gear is Ready Made or Made to Order, every product is crafted with the same materials, workmanship, and quality standards.
