Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Custom & Made-to-Order Gear
Most Hemlock Mountain Outdoors hammocks, tarps, and quilts are built specifically for each customer. Lead times represent production time and do not include carrier transit time.
If a material becomes temporarily unavailable, you will be contacted with available options including waiting for restock, selecting an alternative material, or receiving a refund.

Yes. Orders typically ship together unless alternative arrangements are requested.
Can I upgrade shipping speed?
In many cases, yes. Upgrading shipping speed affects transit time but does not reduce production lead times.
